LEGAL NOTICE The State College Zoning Hearing Board will meet in a hybrid meeting on May 26, 2026, at 12:30 PM to hear the following case: Roeshot Properties, L.P., 302-320 South Corl Street, State College, PA seeks a variance from the provisions of Section 19-2404(c) of the State College Borough Zoning Ordinance, which requires curbing to be constructed around the perimeter of all parking areas except those serving one and two-family dwellings. The requested variance is to omit the requirement to construct curbing around the perimeter of the parking area located on the southwestern boundary line of the subject property. Requests for variances are heard by the Zoning Hearing Board as authorized by Ch. XIX, Part C, Section 301 of the Municipal Code. The public is invited to participate in the meeting.
