On September 10, 2025, the State Board of Funeral Directors revoked license nos. FD139268 & FS016233 of Garrett Alan Singer, of Howard, Centre County, and revoked license no. FR014114 of Singer, Kader, Neff Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., of Howard, Centre County, along with any other licenses registrations, certificates, approvals, authorizations, or permits issued by the Board to them, because Singer and Singer Kader Neff Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., engaged in gross incompetency, negligence and misconduct in the carrying on of the profession.
