LEGAL NOTICE OF SCHEDULED MEETINGS The Board of Trustees of The Pennsylvania State University hereby gives legal notice of meetings to be held in State College on May 7 and 8, 2026, at The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center. On Thursday, May 7, 2026, the Committee on Student Success and the Committee on Research and Technology will meet jointly at 8:30 am. The Committee on Governance will meet at 10:00 am. The Committee on Audit and Risk will meet at 1:00 pm. Notice is also given that the Committee will hold an Executive Session after the public meeting pursuant to Section 708 (a)(4), 708 (a)(5), and 708 (a)(7) and a Working Session after the Executive Session pursuant to Section 707 (c) of the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act. The Committee on Finance and Investment will meet at 2:30 pm. The Committee on Equity and Human Resources will meet at 3:15 pm. Notice is also given that the Committee will hold an Executive Session after the public meeting pursuant to Section 708 (a)(1) of the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act. Beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026, the Board will meet. All public committee meetings are open to the public and are available via Microsoft Livestream at https://trustees.psu.edu/.
