PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD Draft 2027-2030 Centre County Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and Air Quality Conformity Determination Report for the Current 2055 LRTP The Centre County Metropolitan Planning Organization (CCMPO) works with PennDOT, CATA, and the Centre County Office of Transportation to prepare the TIP, which is a financial document that lists the proposed expenditure of federal, state, and municipal funds for transportation projects for the next four years. The Air Quality Conformity Determination Report is prepared to ensure that projects on the TIP conform to the air quality goals in Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan for meeting the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). The Draft 2027-2030 TIP and Air Quality Conformity Report will be available for public review during a 30-day period beginning Monday, May 4, 2026 and concluding at 5:00 pm on Thursday, June 4, 2026. The Draft TIP and Air Quality Conformity documents are on the web at www.crcog.net/2027-2030tip. The Coordinating Committee meetings are also held in a hybrid format with in-person or virtual attendance options. The CCMPO is committed to compliance with applicable nondiscrimination regulations and polices. The public meeting will be accessible by phone or computer and citizens are encouraged to submit comments or questions before, during, and after the meeting. The public meeting will be recorded and made available for rebroadcast through online sources. The CCMPO's TIP public meeting is used to satisfy the public participation process of the Program of Projects (POP) requirement of the 49 USC 5307. CATA's Program of Projects is a list of all projects proposed to be funded with federal transit funds.
