ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be accepted by the Patton Township Board of Supervisors, for Project 2026-C1 at the office of the Assistant Township Manager for Public Works, Patton Township, 100 Patton Plaza, State College, PA 16803 until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on May 5, 2026, at which time they will be publicly read aloud. Envelopes must be clearly marked in the bottom left corner "Bid for Contract 2026-C1 E. Hillside Improvements". PROJECT 2026-C1 E. HILLSIDE IMPROVEMENTS The project area includes improvements along East Hillside Avenue, from Douglas Drive to Fairwood Lane, located in Patton Township, Centre County. The project includes milling 2" of the existing asphalt, scratch course asphalt and overlaying the existing roadway, base repair, and other associated work. Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified for the work being performed with the bid. The project is subject to minimum prevailing wage rates. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or copies obtained in the Public Works Department of the Patton Township Municipal Building, 100 Patton Plaza, State College, PA 16803, upon payment of $20.00/set. If mailed, an additional fee will be charged to cover postage and handling. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS can be sent electronically at no charge. Bids shall be valid for forty-five (45) days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid.
