ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed bids will be received for the 2026 UV CURED IN PLACE PIPE LINER at the College Township Municipal Office, 1481 East College Avenue, State College, PA 16801 until 1:00 PM local time on May 1, 2026 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The project includes lining 573 linear feet of 18" pipe and 115 linear feet of 24" pipe with UV cured in place liner. Prospective bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents free of charge upon request by calling College Township at 814-231-3021 or by e-mailing the Township office at smeyers@collegetownship.org. The Bidding Documents will be delivered electronically through email. When requesting bidding documents provide contact person's name, phone number, and email address. Bids must be upon the forms provided by College Township and enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked "26-13 UV Cured In Place Pipe Liner Bid". Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid amount made payable to College Township. A non mandatory pre bid meeting will be held at the College Township Municipal Building on Wednesday April 22, 2026 at 1:00 PM.
