PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF ORDINANCE O-26-03 CONDITIONAL USES & ZONING On April 16, 2026 at 7:00 PM, a Public Hearing will be held to discuss Ordinance O-26-03. This Ordinance amends Chapter 87 (Conditional Uses) and Chapter 200 (Zoning) of the Township Code pertinent to Data Centers. This meeting will be held in the College Township Municipal Building, Council Meeting Room, 2nd floor, at 1481 E. College Ave., State College, PA 16801. Any written comments may be mailed to the address listed above or emailed to admin@collegetownship.org. Copies of all written comments received by 12:00 PM on April 16, 2026, will be provided to the College Township Council and entered into the Public Hearing record. Action on this Ordinance may take place following the Public Hearing.
