Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Harris Township shall conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on April 13, 2026, to receive public comment and consider action on proposed Ordinance No. 384 entitled, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF HARRIS, CENTRE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 3, ARTICLE III, SECTION 3-3.8 ENTITLED "APPLICATION FOR SHORT TERM RENTAL LICENSES"." The meeting will be held at the Township Meeting Room, 224 East Main Street, Boalsburg. All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. The ordinance would amend Section 3-3.8, entitled "Application for Short Term Rental Licenses" by removing the requirement to provide proof of hotel tax registration.
