NOTICE OF ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, under the provisions of Chapter 56 of the Municipality Authorities Act, the College Township Water Authority intends to file Articles of Amendment with the Secretary of the Commonwealth during the month of March, 2026. The Articles of Amendment provide that the Articles of Incorporation of the Authority are amended to add a new section which shall read as follows: The Authority's term of existence shall extend for a period of 50 years from the date of approval of the Articles of Amendment.
