LEGAL NOTICE CORRECTION TO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD On Feb.22, 2026 a notice was distributed announcing that the Borough of State College CDBG Citizens' Advisory Committee would hold a public hearing during its noon meeting on March 11, 2026, at the Municipal Bldg, 243 S. Allen St. to receive comments from the public on the performance of the Borough's CDBG and HOME Programs during the 2025 program year. Due to Penn State University's week of spring break the public hearing was postponed for one week from March 11, 2026, to March 18, 2026, at the same time and location as stated above.
