ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be accepted by the Patton Township Board of Supervisors, for Project 2026-C9 at the office of the Assistant Township Manager for Public Works, Patton Township, 100 Patton Plaza, State College, PA 16803 until 2:00 pm, prevailing time, on March 10, 2026, at which time they will be publicly read aloud. Envelopes must be clearly marked in the bottom left corner "Bid for Contract 2026-C9 Microsurfacing". PROJECT 2026-C9 MICROSURFACING: Project includes the placement of approximately 66,631 square yards of a Bituminous Surface Treatment and Polymer Modified Emulsion Paving System, commonly referred to as Microsurfacing on various streets within Ferguson, Harris, Patton, and Spring Townships, and State College Borough, all located in Centre County, Pennsylvania. Bid package is $5.00/set and an additional $5.00 if mailed. There is no fee for pdf documents. Detailed specifications can be obtained at the Patton Township Municipal Building, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. A bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid amount shall be included with the sealed bid and will be forfeited should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract with Patton Township. Bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope "Bid for Contract 2026-C9 Microsurfacing". Bids shall be valid for forty-five (45) days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise.
