ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed bids will be received by the Patton Township Board of Supervisors at the Assistant Township Manager for Public Works office, 100 Patton Plaza, State College, PA, until 2:00 PM on March 10, 2026, when they will be publicly opened and read. Mark envelopes: "Bid for Contract 2026-C8 Pavement Markings." PROJECT 2026-C8 PAVEMENT MARKINGS: The Project includes the application of 1,300,000 linear feet, more or less, of 4" yellow traffic line paint and 700,000 linear feet, more or less, of 4" or 6" white traffic line paint and the application of various lane markings and legends per detailed specifications. The line painting within these specifications is a combination of such work within but not limited to: Benner, College, Ferguson, Patton, Halfmoon, Harris, Huston, Patton, Penn, and Spring Townships and State College Borough in Centre County, along with Green Township in Clinton County. All bidders must be PennDOT prequalified for the work being performed. Contract Documents can be sent electronically at no charge. Detailed specifications are available at the Patton Township Municipal Building, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. A 10% bid bond or certified check is required with each bid.
