NOTICE NOTICE HEREBY IS GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Centre Hall, in Centre County, Pennsylvania (the "Borough"), has adopted a resolution signifying its intention to incorporate a municipal authority under the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act (53 Pa.C.S. Ch. 56) (the "Act"), and that Articles of Incorporation will be filed with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on or before March 6, 2026. Attached to the Resolution is a copy of the Articles of Incorporation, which includes, but is not limited to, the following: (i) the name of the Authority, which shall be the "Centre Hall Area Water Authority"; (ii) a statement that the Authority is formed under the Act; (iii) a list of any other municipality authorities previously incorporated by the Borough under the Act; (iv) the name of the incorporating municipality, which is the Borough; (v) a list of the names, addresses and offices of the Council of the Borough; and (vi) a list of the names, addresses and initial terms of office of the first members of the Board of the Authority.
