College Township Water Authority Meetings The College Township Water Authority (CTWA) meeting originally advertised to be held February 4, 2026, has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 7:00pm, due to lack of quorum on Feb. 4. Additionally, the CTWA meeting originally advertised to be held March 4, 2026, has been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 7:00pm. The in-person meeting will be held at 1481 East College Avenue State College, PA 16801, in the 2nd floor meeting room.
