Hearing Board Meeting:
The Halfmoon Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on February 24, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Halfmoon Township Municipal Building meeting room located at 100 Municipal Lane, Port Matilda PA, to reorganize and hear a request for a variance.
The application for the property located at 2090 Halfmoon Valley Road, Port Matilda, Tax Parcel No. 17-408-020-000, requests a variance from Article VIII (Village Zoning District) of the Zoning Ordinance, Section 255-32, Uses, Area, and Bulk Regulations, specifically subsection (A)(1), which requires a minimum lot size of one acre for all uses.
