ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed bids will be received for the Yearly Stone Bids at the Potter Township, Centre County Office, 124 Short Rd, Spring Mills PA 16875 until 3:00PM local time on February 16, 2026 to be opened and read at the meeting at 7:00PM the same day. The project includes various stone such as 1B, 2B, 2A, anti skid, 4 minus, DSA, Rip-Rap, 2A and Gabion. Prospective bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents free of charge upon request by e-mailing the Township office at Secretary@PotterTownship.org. The Bidding Documents will be delivered electronically through e-mail. When requesting bidding documents provide contact person's name, phone number, and e mail address. Bids must be upon the forms provided by Potter Township and enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked "2026 Stone Bid". Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid amount made payable to Potter Township.
