Sealed bids must be received by the 16th day of March 2026 at the Borough Office at 400 S. High Street, Port Matilda, PA. Bids will be opened on the 17th day of March, 2026. Purchaser will be responsible for all transfer taxes, recording costs and purchaser's legal fees. The property has an unoccupied office structure located thereon. The property is being sold "as is" without warranties, except as to title.
