LEGAL NOTICE Ordinance 2240 & 2241 On Dec. 15, 2025, the Borough Council of State College enacted Ordinance 2240 and Ordinance 2241. Ordinance 2240 fixes the Tax Levy for the Borough of State College and establishes the discount and penalty amounts for 2026. Ordinance 2241 amends the Sewer Disposal and Sewer Connections Ordinance to increase Sewer Rental and Tapping Fees.
