LEGAL NOTICE TAYLOR TOWNSHIP, CENTRE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA NOTICE TO BIDDERS EQUIPMENT STORAGE BUILDING PROJECT Notice is hereby given that the Taylor Township Board of Supervisors, Centre County, Pennsylvania, will receive sealed bids for the construction of a permanent equipment storage building to be constructed on the Township's property at 1410 Fowler Hollow Lane, Port Matilda, Pennsylvania 16870. The project consists of the construction of a 40' x 48' x 16' permanent building with a 6-inch concrete floor, two commercial overhead doors, insulated walls and ceiling, engineered trusses, painted steel siding and roofing, eave ventilation, and other components as described in the project specifications. This is a Prevailing Wage Project (No. 25-09554) and all bidders must comply with applicable Federal and Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Laws. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a construction contract with Taylor Township that fully incorporates the terms and scope of the project and furnish engineered stamped drawings to the Township's Building Code Enforcement Officer. Sealed bids must be received by 5:00 PM on January 9, 2026 and clearly marked: "EQUIPMENT STORAGE BUILDING BID." Bids will be opened and considered for award at the regular meeting of the Taylor Township Supervisors on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 7 PM at the Fowler Grove Community Center, 11246 South Eagle Valley Road, Port Matilda, PA 16870.
