NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Benner Township, Centre County, Pennsylvania, at the regular monthly meeting to be held after the organizational meeting on January 5, 2026, at 7 p.m. at the Benner Township Municipal Building, 1224 Buffalo Run Road, Bellefonte, PA 16823, intends to consider an ordinance titled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF BENNER TOWNSHIP, CENTRE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, TO VACATE A PORTION OF BREON'S LANE (T-367) LOCATED IN BENNER TOWNSHIP, AS A PUBLIC ROAD." A summary of the ordinance is to vacation as a public road that portion of Breon's Lane that extends beyond eighteen hundred and thirty feet (1,830') from the center line of State Route 26 (E. College Ave). A full copy of the text of the ordinance is available for inspection and a copy may be obtained at the Benner Township Municipal Building during normal business hours.
