PUBLIC HEARING The State College Borough Council will conduct a public hearing to receive input on the 2026 Budget on Dec. 1, 2025, at 7 p.m. The hearing will occur during Council's regular meeting. All funds include total revenue of $64,203,385, total expenditures of $73,436,740, and result in $9,233,355 funded from fund balance reserves. The budget is scheduled for adoption consideration on December 15, 2025. A copy of the 2026 Budget may be examined during regular business hours in the lobby of the Municipal Bldg., 243 S. Allen St., and at the Reference Desk of Centre Region Schlow Library, 211 S. Allen St., State College, PA. The Budget is also available on the Borough's website at www.statecollegepa.us/budget.
