M. Kline a distance of 422-1/2 feet to a corner of land of D. M. Kline, formerly Donovan; thence along land of D. M. Kline, formerly Donovan, and W. G. Runkle, southeast a distance of 164 feet to a point; thence along land of D. M. Kline, formerly W. G. Runkle, East a distance of 259 feet to a point of the public road; thence South 29-1/4° East along old public road a distance of 188 feet to a corner of lands of D. M. Kline; thence South 59° West along land of D. M. Kline a distance of 490 feet to a corner of land of Harry Sampsell; thence along land of Harry Sampsell, West (recited in error as North in prior deed) a distance of 330 feet to a point of the side of state highway; thence North 01-3/4° East a distance of 250 feet along side of said state highway to the place of beginning. Together with dwelling thereon erected. EXCEPTING AND RESERVING thereout and therefrom the following described tracts situate in the Township of Spring, County of Centre, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows: THE FIRST THEREOF: BEGINNING at an iron pin on the eastern side of the State Highway leading from Bellefonte to Pleasant Gap at corner of lands of the party of the first part and line of land of Harry Sampsell; thence in a general easterly direction along line of Harry Sampsell a distance of one hundred twenty five (125) feet, more or less to an iron pin; thence in a general northerly direction a distance of 70 feet along lands of parties of the first part to an iron pin; thence in a general westerly direction a distance of 125 feet along lands of the party of the first part to an iron pin on the eastern side of the highway aforesaid; thence in a general southerly direction along the eastern side of said State Highway a distance of one hundred (100) feet to an iron pin and the place of beginning. THE SECOND THEREOF: BEGINNING at an iron pin in the southeastern corner of land of the grantee (see Deed Book 196 page 411); thence continuing in a general easterly direction along line of land of Harry Sampsell and line of land of Mrs. Fred Witmer a distance of two hundred ninety nine (299) feet to iron pin; thence in a general westerly direction through lands of the grantors a distance of 290 feet, more or less to the northeastern corner of lands of the grantees; thence in a general southerly direction along lands of the grantee a distance of seventy (70) feet to the iron pin and place of beginning.
