PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A public hearing will be held at 7:15 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025, at the Snow Shoe Township Municipal Building, 268 Oldside Rd., Clarence, PA 16829 for consideration and adoption of the following Ordinance: Snow Shoe Township will conduct a public hearing regarding the adoption of an ordinance amending the Centre County Land Development Ordinance (SALDO) as it pertains to Snow Shoe Township. The amendments in Article III Section 302 and Article IV Section 402 will include: 1. Up to two (2) residences will be permitted on a parcel of ten (10) acres or larger provided both residences are in common ownership and a plan is submitted to the Township for review and approval. 2. Private road construction standards, including base materials, will be at the discretion of the Township Supervisors and the Township Roadmaster in consultation with the Township Engineer. 3. Driveways will be permitted to serve up to five (5) properties with review and approval by the Township Supervisors.
