WHEN: the hearing will be held on October 14, 2026 at 6:00p.m. To determine the placement of the item on the agenda go to the OCSD website at oceanocsd.org on Friday before the scheduled hearing date. WHERE: The Board of Directors will hold the hearing at 1655 Front St Oceano, CA 93445. SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE: The proposed ordinance would amend the ordinance to require all Single-Family Resident Self-Haulers to comply with the Ordinance's record keeping requirements. The proposed ordinance was introduced to the public at the September 9, 2026 meeting of the OCSD Board as 9A (available at https://www.oceanocsd.org/2026-09-09-board-meeting) ENVIROMENTAL INFORMATION: Also to be considered is the determination that this project is exempt from environmental review under CEQA based on the determination that the Ordinance will not have significant effect on the environment and will protect the environment, CEQA Guidelines 1506(b)(3) and 15308.
