NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ENERGY SERVICE CONTRACT – GOVERNMENT CODE § 4217.12 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the San Luis Obispo County Air Pollution Control District will conduct a public hearing on WEDNESDAY, September 30, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the Board of Supervisors Chambers of the County Government Center, located at 1055 Monterey Street, San Luis Obispo, California, to consider entering into an Energy Service Contract pursuant to California Government Code Sections 4217.10-4217.18 for the design, construction, installation, and commissioning of a solar energy project at the District's office at 3433 Roberto Ct., San Luis Obispo, California. At the public hearing, the Board will consider adopting the finding that the anticipated cost to the District of the electrical energy provided by the project, including all operation and maintenance costs over the 25-year analysis term, is less than the anticipated marginal cost of the electrical energy that would have been consumed by the District in the absence of the project.
