NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Port San Luis Harbor District Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM, at the Coastal Gateway Building located at 3900 Avila Beach Drive, Avila Beach, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, the Board of Harbor Commissioners of Port San Luis Harbor District will convene a Special Meeting of the Board of Harbor Commissioners and hold a Public Hearing to consider whether to adopt a Resolution and thereby approve of a Land Use Permit and Temporary License Agreement for the installation, operation, maintenance, and ultimate removal of a Waverider buoy and associated mooring and anchoring equipment by the Trustees of the California Polytechnic State University, on behalf of its campus California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo at a location in open water within the state tidelands of the District approximately 0.3 nautical miles, bearing 136 degrees from the Cal Poly Pier.
