NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Coast Region (Central Coast Water Board) will hold a public hearing to consider amendments to the Water Quality Control Plan for the Central Coastal Basin (Basin Plan) that establish water quality objectives for disinfection byproducts and disinfectant residuals.
