NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF SURPLUS PROPERTY FOR SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District ("District") adopted Resolution 26-33 declaring its intent to sell surplus property and inviting sealed bids thereon. Accordingly, the District hereby solicits offers to purchase approximately 10 acres of real property bearing Assessor Parcel Numbers 025-392-014; 025-395-015; and 025-392-016 (the "Property"). The District's Board of Trustees shall hold an open and public meeting on August 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the District Office located at 800 Niblick Road, Paso Robles, California, during which all sealed bids which have been received shall, in public session, be opened, examined, and declared by the Board. The Board will also call for and consider oral bids at this meeting.
