Online applications will be accepted from Tuesday, June 23, 2026, 9:00 a.m., through Thursday, June 25, 2026, 4:00 p.m. If you are a person living with a disability, or Limited English Proficiency (LEP), or with limited computer access, call 805-543-4478 to apply over the phone during the timeframe above. The waiting list will be generated by date and time of applications submitted through the online portal with preferences given for residents of San Luis Obispo County, veterans, and are generally restricted to applicant households who earn up to 50% of Area Median Income (AMI). Please note that there are occupancy standards for the 3-bedroom units; applicants who do not qualify for the occupancy standard will not be added to the waiting list. This application is a two-step process. If eligible for the PBV program, the applicant is referred to South Hills Crossing Apartments in San Luis Obispo which will have additional screening requirements. One application per applicant household; duplicate applications are not allowed and will be rejected.
