Heritage Ranch Community Services District Notice of Adoption of Preliminary Budget and Notice of Time and Place of Meeting for the Purpose of Fixing Final Budget NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a preliminary budget of the Heritage Ranch Community Services District for the fiscal year 2026-27 has been adopted, and that said preliminary budget is available for inspection at the office of Heritage Ranch Community Services District between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, to the 16th day of July 2026. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 16th day of July 2026, beginning at 4:00 p.m., at the District Office Building located at 4870 Heritage Road, Paso Robles, California, the Board of Directors of the Heritage Ranch Community Services District will meet for the purpose of adopting a final budget of said District for the fiscal year 2026-27, and that any person may appear and be heard regarding the increase, decrease, or omission of any item on the budget or for the inclusion of additional items.
