Request for Proposals CORE Construction along with Elk Grove Unified School District requests proposals from licensed subcontractors for the following Lease-Leaseback project: Elk Grove Unified School District The Trigg Center North Annex Campus Improvement Project (Increment 2) 9510 Elk Grove Florin Road Elk Grove, CA. 95624 Scheduled bidding period 4/29/26 – 5/14/26 This project includes modifications to existing Building D to interconnect utilities and low-voltage systems, as well as the installation of thirteen (13) district-owned, stockpiled modular buildings on permanent foundations. The modular buildings will be refurbished and modernized for use as administrative space. The scope also includes the installation of two (2) shade structures with associated photovoltaic (solar) systems, completion of final utility connections to the modular buildings, and all related site work, including hardscape and landscape improvements necessary for project completion. This project requires compliance with skilled and trained workforce standards as well as prevailing wage requirements.
