CAMBRIA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON CONFIRMATION OF REPORT OF DELINQUENT SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES CHARGES FOR COLLECTION ON THE COUNTY TAX ROLL WHO: Cambria Community Services District (CCSD) Board of Directors WHEN: June 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM WHERE: 1000 Main Street Cambria, CA 93428 and via Zoom Webinar WHAT: The Board of Directors of the CCSD will hold a public hearing in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance 02-2009 and Health and Safety Code Section 5473.1 to consider adopting a resolution to collect delinquent solid waste and disposal service charges on the San Luis Obispo County tax roll. NOTICE is hereby given that a written report has been prepared and filed in accordance with Health and Safety Code Section 5473, describing the parcels that have delinquent solid waste collection and disposal charges and the amount of those charges. A copy of the written report will be on file with the Confidential Administrative Assistant no later than May 30, 2026, and available for inspection at 2150 Main Street, Suite #1-A, Cambria, CA, and on the CCSD website: https://www.cambriacsd.org/2026-06-11-board-meeting. At the time and place of the hearing set forth above, any person interested may appear and be heard on the matter of delinquent solid waste collection and disposal service charges to be placed on the San Luis Obispo County tax rolls.
