The CCSD intends to hold a public hearing to consider confirming the itemized report of Water and Wastewater Standby or Availability Charges to owners of improved property and owners of unimproved property that have been issued an "Intent to Serve" letter or connection permits by the CCSD, and to direct the collection of said charges on the tax rolls of the County of San Luis Obispo. 2. The itemized report of Water and Wastewater Standby or Availability Charges was filed with the Confidential Administrative Assistant on April 10, 2026, and available for inspection between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, at the address listed below and on the CCSD website: https://www.cambriacsd.org/2026-05-14-board-meeting. At the time and place of the hearing, any person interested, including persons owning property in the CCSD, may appear and be heard on the matter of confirming the itemized report of Water and Wastewater Standby or Availability Charges to be placed on the tax roll.
