T-Mobile proposes to collocate antennas and associated equipment on an existing monopine telecommunications facility located at an address 8420 Temettate Drive, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo County, CA 93454 (Latitude 35° 04' 07.00" N, Longitude 120° 24' 21.45" W). Support equipment will be installed within a new fenced equipment enclosure. A new access walking path and a route for power/utilities is also planned.
