NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF AGING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the California Department of Aging shall conduct a public hearing on the revocation of designation of Central Coast Commission for Senior Citizens serving as the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) for Public and Service Area 17.
PURPOSE:
To gather testimony, opinions, and information from all interested parties, including the general public, about the revocation of AAA designation of Central Coast Commission for Senior Citizens per Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, Sections 7429(f) and 7212. This revocation is being initiated due to concerns regarding the AAA's legal and operational misconduct.
