Taylor, Partition Referee, pursuant to an order of the San Luis Obispo County Superior Court: Street Address is 2835 Studio Drive, Cayucos, CA 93430; Assessor's Parcel Number: 064-271-015; Legal Description: "Lot 3 and 5 in Block 71 of Morro Strand Unit No. 5 in the County of San Luis Obispo, according to Map recorded March 5, 1930, Volume 5, Page 11 of Maps in the Office of the County. EXCEPTING THEREFROM, that portion thereof conveyed to the State of California by Deed dated January 8, 1958, recorded March 11, 1958, in Book 931, at Page 116 of Official Records." (Hereinafter, the "Subject Property".) Please take notice that the Subject Property is being sold by private sale by Matthew L. Taylor, as Partition Referee appointed in the matter of Choboian v.
