CAMBRIA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 01-2026 AMENDING CHAPTER 6.04 OF THE CAMBRIA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT MUNICIPAL CODE ADOPTING THE 2025 EDITION OF THE CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE AND THE 2024 INTERNATIONAL WILDLAND URBAN INTERFACE CODE AND ASSOCIATED LOCAL AMENDMENTS This Notice of Public Hearing is published in accordance with the provisions of California Government Code Section 50022.3, which regulates the process for adoption of codes by reference. A public hearing will be held by the Board of Directors of the Cambria Community Services District (CCSD) on January 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial Building, 1000 Main Street, Cambria, CA, and via Zoom Webinar to consider adoption of Ordinance 01-2026. This Ordinance will amend Chapter 6.04 of the Cambrian Community Services District Municipal Code and adopt the 2025 Edition of the California Fire Code and the 2024 International Wildland Urban Interface Code.
