PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The San Luis Obispo Council of Governments (SLOCOG) will hold a public hearing to receive public testimony on Unmet Transit Needs and Unmet Bike & Pedestrian Improvements within the County of San Luis Obispo and its seven cities. The hearing will be held during the SLOCOG Board meeting on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., at the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Katcho Achadjian Government Center San Luis Obispo County, 1055 Monterey Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. Unmet Transit Needs requests can also be submitted online, by phone, fax, email, mail, or in person by February 11, 2026.
