Summary of Adopted Ordinance On October 6, 2026, during the regularly scheduled hearing, the Placer County Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance 6395-B to approve the Fifth Amendment to the Corrected Amended and Restated Development Agreement for the Bickford Ranch Specific Plan. The Fifth Amendment modifies provisions related to the relocation of the Equestrian Staging Area, revises the timing and funding obligations for construction of Sierra College Boulevard Segment 2, updates the Sierra College Boulevard Fee, and amends reimbursement provisions associated with construction of Sierra College Boulevard Segment 2.
