Summary of Ordinance On August 11, 2026, during the regularly scheduled hearing, the Placer County Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance 6388-B to amend Placer County Code Chapter 13, Section 13.12.350 (H), regarding sewer connection fees for Zone of Benefit 55 – Livoti Sewer. The Ordinance increases sewer connection fees from $11,508 to $13,401 per Equivalent Dwelling Unit over the next two fiscal years to reflect increases in the regional component approved by the Sacramento Area Sewer District and the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District, effective September 10, 2026.
