NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLACER COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WHERE: Board of Supervisors' Chambers, 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603 WHEN: Tuesday, August 25, 2026 – 9:00 AM or as soon thereafter as may be heard SUBJECT: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT – HOMEOWNERSHIP ASSISTANCE (22-CDBG-HA-10033) CLOSEOUT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Placer will conduct a public hearing at the above place and time to review and accept the program closeout report for Community Development Block Grant 22-CDBG-HA-10033 with the California Department of Housing and Community Development. The County was awarded $500,000 from 22-CDBG-HA-10033 and will disencumber $262,500 of funds from this grant agreement. The program achieved the following outcomes to support eligible housing-related activities for low-income households. The County successfully provided down payment housing assistance for two (2) low-income households.
