NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLACER COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WHERE: Board of Supervisors Hearing Room 175 Fulweiler Avenue Auburn, California WHEN: Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter PURPOSE: NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider abandoning the public vehicular right of travel over a public road easement known as Old Eureka Place. It is proposed that the County abandon the public vehicular right of travel over a public road easement known as Old Eureka Place, which is located just northwest of the intersection of Eureka Road and Quail Lane in Granite Bay. The proposed abandonment would only extinguish public vehicular rights of passage and reserve all other easement uses for non-motorized public access and utilities. A map of the proposed abandonment area is included with this notice. This action is undertaken pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8320.
