NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLACER COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
WHERE: Board of Supervisors' Hearing Room, 175 Fulweiler Avenue,
Auburn, CA 95603.
WHEN: September 8, 2026, at 9:00 AM or as soon thereafter as may be heard
SUBJECT: Public Hearing to Consider Adopting a Resolution Adopting the Sunset Fee District Nexus Study and Modifying the Sunset Traffic Fee District and Capital Improvement Program to Reflect a Comprehensive Update to the Infrastructure Projects, Growth Projections, and Costs.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing at the above place and time to consider adopting a resolution adopting the Sunset Fee District Nexus Study and modifying the Sunset Traffic Fee District and Capital Improvement Program to reflect a comprehensive update to the infrastructure projects, growth projections, and costs. The Sunset Fee District is bounded by Yuba County to the north, Lincoln-Sheridan Boulevard and the City of Lincoln to the west, the Union Pacific Railroad Tracks to the south, and Bell Road to the east. If approved, the Sunset Capital Improvement Program and Traffic Fee shall be effective on November 9, 2026.
