Cordova Recreation & Park District is soliciting proposals for construction managment and inspection services The Cordova Recreation & Park District (District or CRPD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional construction management and inspection services for two neighborhood parks, Monarch and Butterfly, which are in the Grantline 220 development (also known as Pradera Ranch). Submitted proposals will be evaluated by a selection committee to determine the most qualified firms. Interviews may be conducted with the highest ranked firms. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS CRPD will advertise proposals and make required documents available online using the web platform PlanetBids which can be found on the Cordova Recreation and Park District's website at: https://www.cordovarpd.gov/244/RFPsRFQs You are required to set up an account to download the proposal documents necessary for consideration.
