NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLACER COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WHERE: Board of Supervisors Hearing Room 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, California WHEN: Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard PURPOSE: NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider adoption of an Ordinance amending Placer County Code Chapter 13, Article 13.12 Sewer Service System Code adjusting sewer connection fees for County Service Area 28, Zone of Benefit 55 (Livoti). It is proposed that the connection fee per equivalent dwelling unit (EDU) be increased from $11,508 to $13,401 (16.45%) over the next two fiscal years to reflect increases in the regional component approved by the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District. Further information regarding the proposed rate adjustments is available for public review at the Department of Public Works, 3091 County Center Drive, Auburn, California.
