PUBLIC NOTICE The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD) is giving notice of a preliminary decision to approve Authority to Construct applications (#s 28428 – 28439). The project proponent, Prime Datacenters (SVO Building Two, LLC), proposes to install 12 new internal combustion engines driving standby generators. The engineering evaluation and analysis and draft Authority to Construct permits may be reviewed at the SMAQMD office on 777 12th Street, Ste. 300, Sacramento, California 95814 or on the SMAQMD website: www.airquality.org.
