City of Rancho Cordova Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE is hereby given that on Monday, August 3 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cordova will hold a Public Hearing at the Rancho Cordova City Hall, located at 2729 Prospect Park Drive, Rancho Cordova, to consider the following: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CORDOVA AMENDING, TITLE 16, CHAPTER 16.82 ESTABLISHMENT OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES TO FINANCE THE COST OF PUBLIC FACILITIES WITHIN THE SUNCREEK SPECIFIC PLAN AREA AND A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CORDOVA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE SUNCREEK SPECIFIC PLAN DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE PROGRAM NEXUS STUDY AND FEE SCHEDULE UPDATE REQUEST: Amendments to the Rancho Cordova Municipal Code include: Title 16, Chapters 16.82.010, 16.82.020,16.82.080, 16.82.150, 16.82.160, 16.82.170, and 16.82.200 to revise development impact fees calculation method for residential development from per dwelling unit to square foot range of the dwelling unit, to comply with Assembly Bill No. 602, and minor changes for consistency throughout the sections.
