Summary of Adopted Ordinance On July 14, 2026, during the regularly scheduled hearing, the Placer County Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance 6384-B to amend Placer County Code Chapter 13, Section 13.12.350 to adjust sewer connection fees. The Ordinance increases the sewer connection fees for Sewer Maintenance Districts 2 and 3, and Zones of Benefit 2A3 and 173 from $11,326 to $11,455 per Equivalent Dwelling Unit, and Zones of Benefit 232 and 239 from $9,858 to $9,987 per Equivalent Dwelling Unit to reflect increases in the regional component approved by the South Placer Wastewater Authority.
