NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLACER COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WHERE: Board of Supervisors Hearing Room 175 Fulweiler Avenue Auburn, California WHEN: Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter PURPOSE: NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider annexing the property of Atwood 20, LLC into Sewer Maintenance District 1 – North Auburn. Sewer Maintenance District 1 – North Auburn provides sewer service through fees, and this annexation is being considered to provide sewer service to the proposed property. Such property consists of APN 051-120-007-000. The property, located north of Atwood Road and west of Grass Valley Highway in North Auburn, is approximately 19.895 acres. This proposed change to the boundaries of Sewer Maintenance District 1 – North Auburn is made pursuant to California State law.
