NOTICE OF GOLDEN STATE WATER COMPANY APPLICATION REQUESTING TO INCREASE RATES NORTHERN CONSOLIDATED ARDEN CORDOVA SERVICE AREA A.26-07-001 What is Being Requested? Golden State Water Company (GSWC) filed Application 26-07-001 to request authorization to increase rates over a three-year period, covering the years 2028 through 2030. This request to increase rates would be effective beginning January 1, 2028. Why is GSWC Requesting This Rate Increase? GSWC is requesting an increase in revenues of $14,515,524 or 55.4% for all three years combined.
